Join us for our Bend July Happy Hour, where we will be picking out recipes from our July book, Dining In: Highly Cookable Recipes by Alison Roman!
We will have copies of the book for folks to peruse, swap laughs and cooking tips, and pick a recipe to make for our Dinner Party on July 26th. (Note: please register for the dinner party here to reserve your spot before the happy hour — we have been selling out!)
As always, the happy hour is also an opportunity to bring cookbooks to swap with fellow cookbook lovers — so if you have any cookbooks you’re looking to give a new home, bring ‘em!

About Our July Book:
I chose Dining In: Highly Cookable Recipes for our July book for three reasons, perfectly described by the author herself: the book is “easy to shop for, simple to execute, and a joy to eat!” Alison’s recipes are bright, playful, and fun, and seek to bring the best of eating at a restaurant into your kitchen. Her recipes never fail to delight and stretch me a bit out of my comfort zone with their textures and flavors, that always result in a stunning dish that is something I would’ve never thought of. I am really looking forward to a special night “dining in” with you all, during peak produce season to boot!
