"Dining In" Dinner Party (Bend) - July 26th

Join us for our Bend July Dinner Party, where we will be enjoying recipes we’ve cooked from our July cookbook, Dining In: Highly Cookable Recipes by Alison Roman!

Each person will pick a recipe (or two!) to make from our cookbook and bring it to the dinner, potluck-style.

When: Sunday, July 26th, 6pm – 8pm

About Our July Book:

I chose Dining In: Highly Cookable Recipes for our July book for three reasons, perfectly described by the author herself: the book is “easy to shop for, simple to execute, and a joy to eat!” Alison’s recipes are bright, playful, and fun, and seek to bring the best of eating at a restaurant into your kitchen. Her recipes never fail to delight and stretch me a bit out of my comfort zone with their textures and flavors, that always result in a stunning dish that is something I would’ve never thought of. I am really looking forward to a special night “dining in” with you all, during peak produce season to boot!
