Join us for our Hood River April Dinner Party, where we will be enjoying recipes we’ve cooked from our April book Make It Japanese by Rie McClenny!
Each person will pick a recipe (or two!) to make from our cookbook and bring it to the dinner, potluck-style.
When: Sunday, April 26th, 6pm - 8pm

About Our April Book:
After reading seven different Japanese cookbooks, I landed on this gem: “Make it Japanese” by Rie McClenny! I was very focused on finding a book that highlighted the joy and simplicity of Japanese cooking in a way that is accessible to any cooking background with easy-to find ingredients. Rie has done exactly that in this book - she translates her own journey from Japan to the U.S. as a chef and recipe developer in a beautiful, approachable way. The book is focused on everyday meals and is the perfect, unintimidating, introduction to Japanese cuisine!
