"Asada" Dinner Party (Hood River) - June 7h

Join us for our Hood River June Dinner Party, where we will be enjoying recipes we’ve cooked from our June cookbook, Asada: The Art of Mexican-Style Grilling by Bricia Lopez!

Each person will pick a recipe (or two!) to make from our cookbook and bring it to the dinner, potluck-style.

When: Sunday, June 7th, 6pm – 8pm
Where: Dani’s Kitchen Shop, 1545 Osprey Drive, Hood River OR 97031

Recipe Selection: There will not be a Planning Happy Hour for this dinner. Instead, I’ll send out a recipe sign-up spreadsheet by email on Monday, June 1st so everyone can select their recipes.

About Our June Book:

For June, I chose Asada: The Art of Mexican-Style Grilling by Bricia Lopez because I wanted to feature a grilling cookbook and a Mexican cookbook and discovered Asada after doing some research, and it is a beautiful example of both. Asada focuses on L.A.-style Mexican cooking - think bold spices, high-heat sears, fresh fruits and vegetables, and incredible sides. This book is the perfect love letter to Southern California Mexican food. Please take a peek at the cookbook, I am SO excited to kick off grilling season together with this book!
