Oregon is truly a bounty of the best culinary ingredients - herbs, berries, and flowers lend themselves to delicious, unique cocktails and food. The Cocktail Club will be celebrating the local ingredients transformed into mocktails and appetizers that will make your palate sing and impress your friends and family!
Experienced bartender of Waypoint Bar, Dane Olson, and home chef and founder of The Cookbook Club, Jill Goatcher, are teaming up to teach you how to make local syrups, shrubs, and infusions and how those can be highlighted in well-balanced and delicious mocktails.
The class includes collectable recipe cards for both local mocktails and appetizers to take home, Dane and Jill’s individual attention for questions about all things bartending and cooking, all ingredients, materials and glassware, and appetizers.
