May Dinner Party: Six Seasons

$25.00

Join us for our May dinner, where we will be cooking recipes from Portland Chef Josh McFadden's Six Seasons!

Where: Open Space Studios, 220 NE Lafayette Ave, Bend, OR 97701

When: May 24th, 6:30pm - 8pm

We will be hosted by Open Space Studios. You do not need to bring silverware or plates - just bring your dish and whatever utensil you need to serve it! The dinner is $25/per person to cover the costs of the space and supplies. Please register and pay in advance below!

Josh, the founder of Ava Genes in Portland, wrote his first cookbook Six Seasons as a love letter to both farmer and chef - it is organized by season, breaking the traditional "summer, fall, winter and spring" into sub-sets that Central Oregon is very familiar with (false summer, anyone?). I though this would be the perfect book to cook through together, as it is focused on cooking what is fresh and local- and the first farmers markets are starting now, thank goodness!

If you don't have the book, join us for our planning happy hour on May 18th at Waypoint BBC in the Grove (with our favorite bartender Dane!) to pick out a recipe to make. Otherwise, email me at jill@thecookbookclub.net for some recipe options!
