Erin Gleeson's book "Forest Feast" is part thoughtful cookbook, part art gallery. Illustrated, photographed, and written entirely by Erin, her vegetarian recipes span the gamut from comfort to fun and are simply just lovely to look at - let alone eat! Her recipes showcase the seasonal produce we are so lucky to have in Bend - and I truly can't wait to cook through this for the first time together!
