Join us for our Bend April Dinner Party, where we will be enjoying recipes we’ve cooked from our April cookbook Make It Japanese by Rie McClenny!
Each person will pick a recipe (or two!) to make from our cookbook and bring it to the dinner, potluck-style.

About Our April Book:
After reading seven different Japanese cookbooks, I landed on this gem: “Make it Japanese” by Rie McClenny! I was very focused on finding a book that highlighted the joy and simplicity of Japanese cooking in a way that is accessible to any cooking background with easy-to find ingredients. Rie has done exactly that in this book - she translates her own journey from Japan to the U.S. as a chef and recipe developer in a beautiful, approachable way.
