December Dinner Party: More Is More!

Join us for our December Dinner Party, where we will be cooking from Molly Baz’s new book - More is More! Molly Baz is one of my favorite cooks ever - her cooking and writing style is down to earth, fun and accessible, and I feel like I learn a new thing with each recipe. Her book is all about leaning into flavor and excess - trusting your instincts and picking up some new ones through the help of Molly’s hilarious, insightful, and fantastic recipes! She even includes “cook along” videos and audio throughout the book so you have someone to walk you through each step, real-time. Pretty cool! And with a book revolving around excess….well, I can think of no better descriptor for how I approach eating & cooking during the holidays!

When: December 12th, 6 - 8pm

Where: Open Space Studios, 220 NE Lafayette Ave, Bend, OR 97701

We will be hosted by Open Space Studios. You do not need to bring silverware or plates - just bring your dish and whatever utensil you need to serve it! Please only make the recipe as-written - no need to scale up the quantity for this group. There is always so much food!

The dinner is $25/per person to cover the costs of the space and supplies. Please register and pay in advance below!

If you don't have the book, join us for our planning happy hour from 4:30 - 6pm on December 4th at Waypoint BBC in the Grove (with our favorite bartender Dane!) to pick out a recipe to make. Otherwise email me at jill@thecookbookclub.net for some recipe options!
